LabT1 is a modular ultrasonic system designed to adapt to a variety of laboratory needs.
Thanks to its advanced technology, it can be used for both professional component cleaning and the treatment and extraction of active ingredients.

THE CONTROL PANEL

The control panel includes:

  • Knob for power variation.
  • ON-OFF button to start or stop the ultrasound treatment with indicator light indicating the activation of the timed treatment for 5 minutes.
  • 230Vac mains protection fuse.
  • Power supply connection cable 230Vac-50Hz.

On the rear panel there is the connector used to connect the cylindrical tank to the generator module.

  • Cylindrical tank made of special, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

  • Front control panel of the generator with the following controls:
    a) Activation/deactivation of the ultrasonic generator with mains power indicator light.
    b) Continuous adjustment of the power output via potentiometer (from 20 to 100% of maximum power).
  • A control system continuously monitors the operating conditions of the ultrasonic generator and the washing tank, blocking the machine if the maximum temperature and/or operating current of the device exceed the permitted values.
  • Regardless of the harsh conditions of use, the maximum power that can be supplied by the ultrasonic generator is automatically limited to a value established by the manufacturer.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING: deep, efficient and eco-friendly cleaning.

Ultrasonic cleaning is the most advanced, efficient, and environmentally friendly cleaning technique. Powerful ultrasonic cavitation propagated within a fluid is the only way to meet the most demanding cleaning requirements for a wide range of objects made of different materials (professional, industrial, medical, and scientific sectors).

The parts are immersed in the cleaning liquid inside an ultrasonic reactor (the tank where the cleaning takes place). The size of the reactor tank depends on the size of the objects being treated.

The ultrasonic power is generated by a group of piezoelectric transducers that convert electrical energy (with appropriate power and frequency) into mechanical vibrational energy: millions of microscopic bubbles are generated in a vacuum that implode under the effect of the pressure variations generated by the ultrasound, quickly and efficiently removing all dirt particles, even the most stubborn ones.

ULTRASONIC TREATMENT: extraction of active plant ingredients in a simple, practical, economical and sustainable way.

The intense and focused cavitational action of ultrasound facilitates the breakdown of plant cell walls, improving extraction yields and reducing processing times compared to traditional methods.

  • Extraction of essential oils (lavender, mint, rosemary, citrus, etc.).
  • Extraction of polyphenols, flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenes, anthocyanins, tannins.
